Astigmatism

An astigmatic eye lacks uniformity, which means it cannot focus precisely. The anomaly is the result of an asymmetric curve of the cornea. An astigmatic eye is to the normal eye what a football is to a tennis ball. If you're astigmatic, both your near and far vision is blurred.
